| NATIONAL CREDIT REGULATOR The National Credit Act 34 of 2005 came in force during 2006, with certain sections coming in force in 2007. Implementation of the Act lies with the NCR, and deals specifically with the provision of credit. Simply put, if any person is not registered under the Act, it is not entitled to claim and recover interest.
